Disclosure
WrapMyAuto helps customers request vehicle wrap, color change, restyling, and exterior protection services and may coordinate those requests with service providers.
Independent Service Providers
Installers, technicians, detailers, or other service providers performing work through the WrapMyAuto network may operate as independent service providers and are not employees of WrapMyAuto. The assigned provider is responsible for evaluating the vehicle and performing the approved wrap, restyling, protection, removal, or related service.
Our Role
WrapMyAuto helps customers request vehicle wrap, color change, restyling, and exterior protection services and may coordinate those requests with independent service providers.
Customers provide vehicle details, requested service, project preferences, photos or other information, and scheduling details so the request can be prepared, reviewed, scheduled, and communicated to the assigned provider.
Service Provider Responsibilities
Independent service providers are responsible for the work they perform, including evaluating the vehicle, determining appropriate preparation and installation procedures, communicating project findings, and performing the approved service.
Each provider is responsible for determining whether the requested project can be performed as described and whether additional preparation, disassembly, materials, equipment, or a different approach is needed because of the vehicle’s condition.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and project information, disclosing known paint or body damage, previous wraps, coatings, repairs, aftermarket parts, or other conditions that may affect the work, and making the vehicle reasonably accessible for the scheduled service.
Customers should also review and approve the final project scope, color, finish, material, coverage, and pricing before work begins.
Service Requests & Appointments
Submitting a quote request or preferred appointment time does not by itself confirm an appointment. Appointment details are confirmed after scheduling information, project details, material availability, and provider availability are established.
Timing may be affected by prior jobs, weather, materials, vehicle access, surface condition, preparation needs, and the actual project scope discovered after inspection.
Materials & Vehicle Condition
Material options, colors, finishes, availability, and manufacturer specifications can vary. Customer-supplied materials are subject to the customer-supplied material terms in our Terms of Service and Warranty.
Existing paint defects, clear-coat failure, rust, chips, scratches, dents, body filler, prior repairs, repainting, adhesive residue, ceramic coatings, contamination, or other surface conditions may affect installation, removal, appearance, adhesion, and warranty eligibility.
Payments & Card Authorizations
Some projects may require a deposit, partial payment, card authorization, or material payment before an appointment is confirmed or materials are ordered. Payment terms and final charges are communicated as part of the quote and approval process.
Warranty Information
WrapMyAuto’s standard workmanship warranty is one year from the date the covered service is completed, subject to the exclusions, inspection requirements, and other terms stated on the current Warranty page.
Manufacturer or material warranties, if any, are separate from the workmanship warranty and are subject to the applicable manufacturer’s terms.
Additional Terms
This Disclosure explains the general relationship among WrapMyAuto, customers, and service providers. Additional terms may apply to specific quotes, projects, bookings, payments, materials, warranties, and communications.
