Independent Service Providers
Installers, technicians, detailers, or other service providers performing work arranged through WrapMyAuto may operate as independent service providers and are not employees of WrapMyAuto. The assigned service provider is responsible for evaluating the vehicle and performing the approved vehicle wrap, restyling, protection, or related service.
Additional information about this relationship is available on our Disclosure page.
Service Requests & Appointments
Submitting a quote request, project request, or preferred date and time does not automatically confirm an appointment. Appointment details are confirmed after the vehicle information, requested service, scheduling details, material availability, and provider availability are established.
Appointment timing may be affected by prior jobs, weather, vehicle access, material availability, vehicle condition, preparation needs, and changes in the actual scope of work after the vehicle is inspected.
Customers should select appointment dates and times they reasonably expect to keep. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may affect future scheduling availability.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding the vehicle, requested service, existing paint or body condition, prior repairs, aftermarket parts, previous wraps or coatings, and any known damage that may affect the project.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle can be accessed at the scheduled location and that any requested work is permitted by the property owner or facility controlling the location.
The vehicle should be presented in the condition requested by the service provider, including reasonable cleanliness and removal of personal items where necessary for access or installation.
Customer-Supplied Materials
If a customer supplies vinyl, film, accessories, trim, emblems, or other materials, the customer is responsible for confirming that the supplied items are correct, compatible, complete, undamaged, and suitable for the intended application.
WrapMyAuto and the assigned service provider are not responsible for defects, color mismatch, adhesive failure, premature wear, incompatibility, or performance problems caused by customer-supplied materials.
Additional removal, preparation, reinstallation, or replacement work caused by incorrect, defective, incomplete, or incompatible customer-supplied materials may result in additional charges.
Payments & Card Authorizations
Some projects may require a deposit, card authorization, or partial payment before materials are ordered or an appointment is confirmed. Any applicable payment terms will be communicated during the quote and scheduling process.
Customers authorize the agreed charges for approved services, materials, deposits, and other project costs. Unless otherwise stated in writing, completed labor, installed materials, custom-ordered materials, deposits applied to custom material orders, and completed services are not refundable merely because the customer changes their preference after work has begun or materials have been ordered.
SMS Communications
By providing a mobile number and opting in to text communications, you agree to receive appointment reminders, quote updates, project updates, service communications, and related messages from WrapMyAuto. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Warranty
Covered installation workmanship is subject to WrapMyAuto’s current Limited Workmanship Warranty. The standard workmanship warranty period is one year from the date the covered service is completed, subject to the exclusions, inspection requirements, and other terms on the Warranty page.
Manufacturer or material warranties, if any, are separate and subject to the applicable manufacturer’s terms.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Vehicle wrap and restyling results depend on factors including the vehicle’s paint, body condition, age, prior repairs, surface contamination, existing damage, material selection, exposure, maintenance, and use after installation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WrapMyAuto is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or services, or for loss or damage caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions, hidden defects, third-party work, customer-supplied materials, misuse, neglect, accidents, or conditions outside the reasonable control of WrapMyAuto or the service provider.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another rule is required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after an update is subject to the version then in effect, to the extent permitted by law.
